Where we ship

 

DeerSun ships within the United States and to 27 international destinations. The full list of supported countries is shown at checkout.

 

Shipping rates

 

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

 

International: Calculated at checkout. We offer DHL Express and USPS International for most countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed by their country.

 

Processing time

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

 

Delivery time

 

US standard: 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

International standard: 7 to 21 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs processing.

DHL Express international: typically 3 to 7 business days.

 

Hot weather

 

During the warm summer months we ship coconut and chocolate candy with extra padding and try to avoid weekend transit. We cannot guarantee against melting in extreme heat, but if your order arrives damaged from heat we will replace it — please see our Refund Policy.

 

Lost or delayed packages

 

If tracking shows your order has not moved for 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), please email us through the Contact page and we will help locate it or send a replacement.

 

Address accuracy

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the product price minus original shipping cost.
